Pharmacorank ============ The Pharmacorank tool provides a means to efficiently and effectively prioritize proteins and functional annotation categories of interest via text query regarding a disease term. The query input has an autocomplete feature that utilizes Disease Ontology terms to assist the user in entering a disease term or phrase. The proteins and functional annotations retrieved are presented as lists prioritized by their estimated relevance to the disease query. The estimated probability that the protein can be targeted by a medication for the treatment of the disease is displayed. The corresponding medication that interacts with the protein target is juxtaposed. Medications are labelled as to whether they are known to treat the queried disease or may be repositioned to treat the given disease of interest. This download area provides users with a downloadable file containing a ranked list of target proteins per associated disease term for offline analysis. Downloadable content: ==================== Files provided are tab-delimited unless otherwise noted. Download files from pre-computed searches and are updated monthly (weekly). master_Pharmacorank.txt: ----------------------- This file is organized by descending normalized rank score for each target protein related to a Disease name/DOID. This list also provides the known drugs and proposed repositioning candidates that interact with the prioritized proteins linked to their respective disease DOID label. Lastly, we provide the designated chembl links for each listed known drug and repositioning candidate to access the medication's chemical compound report card. Fields: 1. Disease Name from Disease Ontology 2. Disease DOID 3. Protein Name 4. Uniprot ID 5. Organism Name 5. Normalized Rank 6. Pertinency Score 7. Known Drugs 8. Known Drug Links 9. Repositioned Drugs 10.
